Iowa Alumni Sports Network is committed to fortifying the relationships between alumni athletes and their high schools through sports, camaraderie, and fundraising.

Iowa Alumni Sports Network provides a full game day experience to all participants.  From the equipment, venue, and officials, to the announcer calling your name, we pride ourselves on presenting the best sporting event for all players, fans, and schools. 

Why choose IASN?

Our founders are Iowans who are committed to Iowa.  We played in multiple sports during our high school careers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and are dedicated to providing other Iowans a way to relive these rewarding experiences.  We believe that athletes in Iowa retain the values and culture that surrounded them; strong work ethic, integrity, sportsmanship, loyalty, competition, and a love of fun! Just as iron sharpens iron, we believe Iowans will take care of and showcase fellow Iowans better than anyone else outside our borders. Our founders played in an alumni football game in the summer of 2011 and while we all had a great time, we feel the experience can be improved.

Why is the relationship between school and athlete important to us?

We played with our school’s name across our chest, not in generic jerseys. We played hard for the coaches and people who walked the halls with us.  The school was what brought us together then, and still provides a bond today. This relationship is important for both the athlete and the school. Unfortunately this relationship typically deteriorates once an athlete graduates. There are multiple benefits for both parties:
